Refund policy

we have a 14 day return window, which means online orders are eligible for exchange or online credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare.mjs@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

While we hope you love all your pieces from MJ's, we know that sometimes an item just doesn't end up working out. We don't want you to have an item, you will not wear. We want you to feel confident in our pieces. 

Items ending in .00 or .88 are eligible for exchange or Online credit. Items listed as "sale , LAST CHANCE, or ending in .99 are FINAL SALE." These items can not be exchanged. 

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Undergarments, footwear, and jewelry are Final Sale. 

Any coupon used on a purchase, is a ONE TIME coupon honored at the time of purchase. Coupons can not be redeemed again on any other purchases including an exchange purchase. 

and lastly we unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Reach out to use at customercare.mjs@gmail.com. and we will assist you with your exchange. The product your exchanging must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No items will be accepted for exchange outside of the time-frame listed above. Please help honor our policies, as it help run things smoothly for our staff and customers.
